What happens if a visit is missed or unsatisfactory?
Ask directly how they handle a missed cleaning or a job that doesn't meet the standard. A vague answer here is a warning sign — a company confident in its process will have a specific answer.
Can they scale with different facility needs?
If you might need floor care, disinfecting, or event cleanup down the line, ask whether that's something the same company handles — juggling multiple vendors for a single building adds coordination overhead that a full-service provider avoids.
Are quotes free, and how fast?
A company that makes you wait a week for a quote is telling you something about how responsive they'll be once you're a client. Same-day quotes are a reasonable baseline to expect.
